At ReadyRunner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your sneakers, you can return them within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. Simply use this label to send your items back to us hassle-free.
Step-by-Step Return Instructions
1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your return is within 14 days of delivery
2. Prepare Your Items: Pack the sneakers in their original box with all accessories and tags
3. Use the Return Label: Attach the prepaid return label that came with your package
4. Drop Off: Take the package to your nearest post office or courier drop-off location
5. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Acceptable Returns
- Sneakers must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging and box must be included
- All tags and labels must be attached
- No signs of wear, dirt, or damage
- Return initiated within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or used sneakers
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged by customer
- Returns requested after 14-day period
- Items marked as "Final Sale" (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Processing: 5-7 business days to your account
- Total Time: Approximately 7-10 business days from receipt
Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the product price. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model:
1. Return your original item using the included return label
2. Place a new order for the desired item
3. This ensures you get your preferred sneakers as quickly as possible
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at support@readyrunner.com
- We will provide a prepaid return label (if not already included)
- Full refund including original shipping costs
- Or we can send a replacement at no additional charge
