Standard shipping takes 5-10 days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes! All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

We ship via trusted international carriers including DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location for optimal delivery.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier location. No additional shipping costs for returns!

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item and place a new order for the desired size or model.
